As part of our continuous efforts to elevate the customer experience, we proudly introduce a comprehensive 100% money-back guarantee. This guarantee ensures that all TrustWorks products conform precisely to our stated quality specifications, or you receive a full refund. This assurance is extended to any customer who receives Nonconforming Products, emphasizing our dedication to maintaining the highest standards of quality and satisfaction.

"Nonconforming Products" refer to products received by the Customer from TrustWorks that do not align with the specifications initially agreed upon and confirmed by both the customer and TrustWorks. In the event that the Customer receives Nonconforming Products, they are required to notify TrustWorks within a fourteen (14) day window while providing evidence of the nonconformity. If, upon TrustWorks's testing in accordance with the outlined criteria below, the products are deemed to be genuinely nonconforming, the Customer will be offered the choice to either receive a complete refund or have the Nonconforming Products replaced.

Upon the approval of a guarantee claim, the Customer is granted a three (3) day timeframe from the receipt of return shipping labels to send the Nonconforming Products back to TrustWorks. Furthermore, the ensuing terms and conditions govern TrustWorks's guarantee policy:

  • Full refund does not apply to shipping claims; but TrustWorks will reship goods that have been damaged or lost by a common carrier prior to delivery;
  • TrustWorks reserves the right to have the Customer return the original order, at TrustWorks’s cost, before replacing or refunding the order;
  • This guarantee solely relates to non-conformity of product specifications, this guarantee does not cover consequential damages that may be incurred as a result of any agreement; and
  • This guarantee applies only to the point in time where such Products are delivered to the Customer and such time at which the Products have remained materially unaltered since leaving TrustWorks possession;
  • Customers must engage third party ISO 17025 accredited laboratories to test products and determine conformity.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
